China’s Hengshen participates in the launch of the ZQ-2E rocket

On May 17, 2025, Landspace’s ZQ-2E carrier rocket was launched at the Dongfeng Commercial Space Innovation Test Area. This mission was a key flight verification implemented to cope with subsequent high-density launches, and completed the launch of 6 satellites with one rocket.

In this mission, the carbon fibre composite material support cabin independently developed by Hengshen was used as a key improved component of the rocket, providing payload transmission support for the satellite and helping the satellite to enter orbit smoothly. This indicates that Hengshen’ technical strength and production capacity in the field of commercial aerospace have been recognised and tested by the market.
