Viktor, a German national, who has just been appointed as Gurit’s new CFO, will succeed Javier Perez-Freije, who departs by end November 2025. Viktor Bernhardt has more than 25 years of international finance and leadership experience. He has held senior positions across companies of various types and sizes, from multinational corporations to family-owned businesses as well as private equity portfolio companies. Most recently, he served as CFO of the KWC Group. He has proven himself in terms of management of corporate transformation, restructuring, M&A execution and strategic growth. Viktor holds a degree in Business Administration from TA Wuppertal (Germany) and completed executive education at INSEAD, Fontainebleau (France).
His experience in financial management will be invaluable in guiding Gurit through its next phase.
