Uavos just launched an updated line of precision composite-curing ovens for aerospace industry and R&D. These high-performance industrial ovens are designed to be particularly energy-efficient and to enable precise temperature control and long-term durability.
This new range of ovens has been engineered for annealing, preheating, baking and post-curing composite materials, including laminates, prepregs, thermoplastics, silicones and casting moulds. The ovens ensure uniform heating and parameter stability even during extended production cycles thanks to PID temperature control, high-quality calibrated thermocouples and fan-assisted airflow.
Here are the particular design and features of these ovens:
- Thermal insulation: Panels with a ceramic-fibre core deliver superior thermal efficiency and minimal heat loss.
- User interface: Touchscreen control with 19 preprogrammed curing cycles plus the ability to create custom programs.
- Vacuum integration: 2 independent vacuum ports with optional gauge and valve assemblies for vacuum-assisted curing.
- Durability: Rugged stainless steel interior and robust construction for demanding production environments.
The optimised insulation system and intelligent heating control significantly reduce energy consumption without compromising curing quality.
“Developed and refined for our own production center, this product line is built to perform in real-world manufacturing processes. Every upgrade has been tested and proven in-house to deliver maximum efficiency and reliability,” said Aliaksei Stratsilatau, Founder and CEO of Uavos. “We offer more than just industrial equipment – it’s a complete solution: energy-efficient, precise, and reliable. Our ovens are equally suited to high-volume manufacturing and laboratory research,” comments Aliaksei.
